During a series of trips across the country, chef Joel Tate and Fine Dining Restaurant Group owner Gavin Fine realized a common thread in their travels - a constant pursuit to find the very best cured meats an area had to offer. We R Food Safety helped us gain SQF certification. The process of becoming SQF certified comes with a learning curve, but with the help of the staff at We R Food Safety it became a lot easier. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. If you’re going through the SQF certification process I would highly recommend having We R Food safety do both the onsite facility pre-audit and program review and development. Having the Food Safe Pro program has made dealing with Auditors and USDA a lot easier. There is no more having to track down paper records or have records stored in a bunch of different locations. Within a few seconds you can locate and review any record or program.
