Mr. Andrew "Drew" Lorenz has served as a Deputy District Manager, Front Line Supervisor, Enforcement Investigations and Analysis Officer, etc., with the USDA’s Food Safety & Inspection Service. He also served as a Public Health Sanitarian with the Poplar Bluff Health Department, served as owner and president of L&S Trophy Pheasants in Lincoln, Missouri, and as a senior NCO (Veterinary Food Inspection) with the U.S. Army, mainly in Europe and the Middle East. His education is focused on food technology & safety, leadership, and management. He is a graduate of the Academy Health Science in San Antonio, Texas. Ms. Samantha Bibbs graduated from University of Wisconsin-Stout with a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology, then worked as a microbiology lab technician at Minnesota Valley Testing Labs. She has been trained in testing for Salmonella and Listeria using both Vidas and Invisible Sentinel methods, as well as diluting and plating samples.

Ms. Abbey Davidson has worked as a Public Health Sanitarian, as well as had the opportunity to work in multiple processing facilities. She understands the balance between regulation compliance and what will work logistically for a plant. Originally from Wyoming, Abbey graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science. Her goal is to be an asset for whoever is on the other end of the line!

Ms. Martha Gore has worked for the U.S. Army Veterinary Corps, USDA-FSIS and several processors, gaining first-hand experience of the challenges of inspection, record-keeping and data management. Having been on both sides of the regulatory fence, Martha is uniquely skilled to advise clients on food safety, regulatory and operational concerns.

Ms. Molly Linden is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a B.S. in Microbiology. Molly has worked as a researcher and has extracted, amplified and sequenced DNA using next-generation whole-genome sequencing methods, and also performed molecular biological research on RNA picornaviruses, among other projects. She is energetic and focused on providing support to our present and future clients.

Mr. Paul Turner has been with We R Food Safety! from its inception. His prior experience as a business owner for 20-plus years helps him relate to clients and understand the complex issues concerning managing and expanding business. He conducts software demonstrations both in person and remotely via Internet.

Mr. Matthew Bayer was owner/operator of a small, full-service meat plant that grew into a regional staple in refrigerated snack sticks. He has hands-on knowledge of all aspects of meat processing from slaughter to retail sales, as well as extensive experience using Food Safe Pro!® from the processor’s perspective.​

Mr. Andy Hanacek brings more than two decades of communications experience to the team, having served as editor of The National Provisioner®, a trade publication serving the meat and poultry industries, for more than 15 years. He has managed the Meat Industry Hall of Fame and produced numerous videos and articles on a variety of processing innovations.

Mr. Bruce Bourman has more than 25 years of experience as a computer programmer. He has developed multiple products including database solutions and custom software. His software applications have run multimillion-dollar businesses for many different industries; including municipalities, education, advertising and publishing, insurance and healthcare companies, farming and automobile industries. Bruce has created software solutions for virtually every computing platform/environment and is fluent in all major programming languages. In addition to the desktop computer environment, Bruce has also created software applications for the mobile computing platform including iPhone/iPad as well as Windows mobile devices. Throughout his 25+ years’ experience, he has managed programming teams and IT departments in sizes ranging from as few as two people to as many as 20 engineers.

Dr. William James is an International Public Health Veterinarian & Chief Consultant at William James and Associates LLC. He was a Senior Executive and the Chief Veterinarian upon retirement from the Food Safety & Inspection Service (FSIS) in 2011. During Dr. James’ career in FSIS, he worked for the offices of Field Operations, Policy, Science, and International Affairs. Among his responsibilities were supervision of District Offices, coordination of animal welfare enforcement, ante-mortem and post-mortem inspection of livestock and poultry, inspection systems development, and pathogen and residue sampling implementation. Dr. James is now a consultant on domestic and international issues of food safety, trade, regulatory compliance, animal welfare, and other topics in veterinary medicine & public health. He received the degree of Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Louisiana State University, and Master of Public Health from Johns Hopkins University.

Mrs. Daniela Innamorato is an expert auditor as well as program developer for a wide variety of food safety programs and systems.  She has been focused on the international protein industry with senior management roles in project development and production in Uruguay, Canada and the United States. Food safety and quality are the foundation of her career, however, she has complemented her skill set with training and certifications in environment, risk management and occupational health safety units. She started her international career as a trainer and auditor with LSQA (Latu Sistemas/Quality Austria) in 1998. Then, in 2005, she expanded her International experience, consulting to the mining industry in Uruguay, Indonesia and Argentina, before returning to her passion, working in the International food industry. For more than 22 years, she participated in a variety of roles, including laboratory manager, vice president, consultant, trainer, and International Auditor.  She has “hands on” experience in: malting and brewing, fruits processes, frozen vegetables and meat processing. She has continuously updated her knowledge in Food Safety in the GFSI Schemes (BRC, FSSC) as well as HACCP, GMP, SSOP, and other program development to include being a certified Lead Instructor Training for FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food.  She is a senior operator as well as deployment specialist of Food Safe Pro!®. Mrs. Daniela Innamorato is a native Spanish speaker who is originally from Uruguay in South America; she is fluent in English and has a working knowledge of Portuguese.

The Honorable Richard L. Ackley is currently in his 14th year as an associate Judge for the Bad River Band of the Lake Superior Tribe of Chippewa Indians; he also serves as a Pro-Tem Judge for other Tribes. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Wisconsin Tribal Judges Association and is very active in the legal arena. Judge Ackley provides staff training on legal compliance. He has presented seminars and workshops around the country including the National HUD Conference, Land-Use Seminar, Strategic Planning for LCO Community College, etc. He has a broad background including Advisor to the CEO/Tribal Chairman of the Bad River Casino, Personnel Manager, Planning Director providing technical expertise to the seven member tribal council on subjects ranging from Solid Waste Management, economic development, energy, to housing and Casino development. His major focus has always been with organizational improvements and business growth. Judge Ackley has the ability to quickly identify both legal and business issues that could create road blocks to business growth, and the solutions that will quickly negate those road blocks.
