Mr. Andrew (Drew) Lorenz has served as a Deputy District Manager, Front Line Supervisor, Enforcement Investigations and Analysis Officer, etc., with the USDA’s Food Safety & Inspection Service. He also served as a Public Health Sanitarian with the Poplar Bluff Health Department, served as owner and President of L&S Trophy Pheasants in Lincoln Missouri, and as a senior NCO (Veterinary Food Inspection) with the US Army, mainly in Europe and the Mid-East. His education is focused on Food Technology & Safety, leadership, and management. He is a graduate of the Academy Health Science in San Antonio Texas. Mrs. Teresa Welna is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a B.S in Food Science. Teresa has over 30 years’ experience in the food industry in the private sector as a quality assurance manager and as a regulator supervising inspection staff for the Minnesota Meat, Poultry & Egg Inspection program. Her experience in the private sector and as a government regulator is unique as this blend of knowledge provides her with insights into both food safety & regulatory issues, how to resolve them, and more importantly, how to avoid them. Her experience includes working with meat and poultry products, produce, dietary supplements, immune enhancing ingredients, tube feeding formulas, infant formulas, dairy products, & egg products. Ms. Abbey Davidson has worked as a Public Health Sanitarian, as well as had the opportunity to work in multiple processing facilities. Mr. Bourman has over 25 years of experience as a computer programmer. He has developed multiple products including data base solutions and custom software. His software applications have run multimillion-dollar businesses for many different industries; including municipalities, education, advertising and publishing, insurance and healthcare companies, farming and automobile industries. Mr. Bourman has created software solutions for virtually every computing platform/environment and is fluent in all major programming languages. Dr. William James is an International Public Health Veterinarian & Chief Consultant at William James and Associates LLC. He was a Senior Executive and the Chief Veterinarian upon retirement from the Food Safety & Inspection Service (FSIS) in 2011. During Dr. James’ career in FSIS he worked for the offices of Field Operations, Policy, Science, and International Affairs. Among his responsibilities were supervision of District Offices, coordination of animal welfare enforcement, ante-mortem and post-mortem inspection of livestock and poultry, inspection systems development, and pathogen and residue sampling implementation. Dr. James is now a consultant on domestic and international issues of food safety, trade, regulatory compliance, animal welfare, and other topics in veterinary medicine & public health. Mr. Tom Gallagher received his BS in Animal Science -Meat Animals from UW River Falls. He has held numerous positions with USDA FSIS including Front Line Supervisor, Compliance Investigator, Staff Officer of the USDA FSIS Technical Service Center, and as an advanced processing expert. Tom brings a vast wealth of knowledge concerning food safety, regulatory compliance, and USDA FSIS regulatory process and rules of practice. The majority of Dr. Adams’s career has been in preventive medicine and public health as well as laboratory science, veterinary medicine, and leading large, diverse organizations. Some of his areas of expertise include public health, epidemiology, toxicology and veterinary medicine with dual board certifications. He has led the Department of Defense’s efforts in veterinary science and the sustainment of food safety, food defense and animal science. He has a BS in Biochemistry from Purdue University, his Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Purdue’s Veterinary School. He completed his Masters in Public Health from Harvard University, and his Ph.D. in Environment/Toxicology from Duke University, Durham, NC. He attended the National War College at Fort McNair, receiving his Masters of Science in National Security. He is board certified by the American Board of Toxicology and the American College of Veterinary Preventive Medicine. Dr. Adams was selected the 24th U.S. Army Veterinary Corps Chief (2008-2011). Mrs. Daniela Innamorato is an expert auditor as well as program developer for a wide variety of food safety programs and systems.  She has been focused on the international protein industry with senior management roles in project development and production in Uruguay, Canada, and the United States. Food Safety and Quality are the foundation of her career however she has complemented her skill set with training and certifications in environment, risk management and occupational health safety units. She started her international career as a trainer and auditor with LSQA (Latu Sistemas/Quality Austria) in 1998. Then in 2005 she expanded her International experience, consulting to the mining industry in Uruguay, Indonesia and Argentina for before returning to her passion, working in the International food industry. For more than 22 years she participated in a variety of roles, from Laboratory manager, vice president, consultant, trainer, and International Auditor.  She has “hands on” experience in:

The Honorable Richard L. Ackley is currently in his fourteenth year as an associate Judge for the Bad River Band of the Lake Superior Tribe of Chippewa Indians; he also serves as a Pro-Tem Judge for other Tribes. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Wisconsin Tribal Judges Association and is very active in the legal arena. Judge Ackley provides staff training on legal compliance.
